Did I pay for cremation at my hospital?
No. Because your hospital is a Premier Aftercare Partner with Pet Meadow, payment and care is handled through us. We are here to walk you memorializing your loved one exactly as you’d like.
How do I pay?
Head over to your Review or Modify Arrangements tab in your portal. Once you’ve finalized your wishes, you can enter payment information.
Do you offer grief support?
Pet Meadow offers holistic grief support services. Learn more and schedule an appointment here.
How do I use Affirm?
Create an Affirm account on affirm.com. After, return to your Review or Modify Arrangements tab. Click the Affirm option in payment. Sign in if needed, select your plan, and submit your order.
Why is my pet on hold?
We have your loved one on a temporary hold to give you time to finalize your services and keepsake selections. Once your decisions are finalized, we will proceed with your pet’s services.
How do I attend my pet's cremation?
Please contact us at (609)-586-9660 to schedule a viewing service for your loved one.
How will I get my loved one back?
Pet Meadow offers you the option to have your loved one sent to your home or picked up at one of our storefront locations in Hamilton or Carlstadt, NJ.
Can I pick up my pet up at the hospital?
No. We offer you delivery and pick up options for your peace of mind. You can pick your loved one up at our Hamilton or Carlstadt location.
How long does shipping take?
We use UPS Ground. A 1-2 day turnaround with a signature requirement is standard. If you’d like the signature to be waived, we ask that you let us know when making arrangements. We will send tracking information to you via email.
When can I expect my loved one to come home?
Once you have confirmed your services for your loved one on your portal, the typical time frame for cremation and return is one week.

Why is a Legacy Touch Keepsake $0.00?
Legacy Touch is one of our vendors. Upon purchasing a Legacy Touch keepsake, we take a raw scan of your pet’s nose or paw and upload that print to a secure database. After, we’ll email you a unique PIN connected to your pet’s print, which you can use to order customized jewelry and keepsakes on legacytouch.com.

What's an Everlasting Print?
An Everlasting Print is a highly accurate digital representation of your loved one’s paw and nose. They do not have the same natural imperfections that occur in the process of traditional ink prints. We keep these scans on file for up to 3 years, so you can feel comfortable coming back to order keepsakes with your loved one’s print.
