Grief Support Services

Pet loss is a deeply personal experience. Our Pet Loss Support program offers a space to share your emotions, navigate your grief, and find comfort. Through our guidance, we help pet owners heal and honor their beloved companions.

Schedule a session with the calendar above and take the first step toward healing. Meetings take place via zoom. Once you’ve scheduled your session, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text.

What We Offer:

1:1 Support...

A private space to process the loss of your pet that is tailored to your needs. Whether you’re coping with a recent passing or honoring their memory years later, this service provides this service provides personalized guidance, grief tools, and resources to help you navigate your journey.

Group Support...

Join our weekly pet loss support group. Led by our bereavement specialist, these sessions provide a safe space to share your experience, find comfort, and heal alongside a community. Sessions are held on Tuesdays at 1pm.

Comfort Calls...

Sometimes, you just need to talk. A Comfort Call offers a brief but meaningful conversation through gentle support, understanding, and connection with our specialist. We will direct you to additional resources.

After-Hours Support...

Our after-hours pet loss support offers immediate comfort and guidance. Whether it’s late at night, early morning, or over the weekend, call us whenever to can connect with a bereavement specialist in the moment for help and resources.

About Alissa...

Our grief specialist, Alissa, is certified through the Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement (APLB), having completed an intensive Pet Loss Grief Specialist training program.

Alissa worked in vet care for over 20 years as the Aftercare Coordinator at one of the largest emergency hospitals in North America. She has been hosting Pet Loss Support sessions for years, helping thousands of families heal from the loss of their loved ones.

Mental Health Disclaimer: Losing a beloved pet can be challenging.  Our Certified Pet Bereavement Counselor will provide compassionate support, but she is unable to appropriately evaluate human mental health concerns and does not provide health counseling. Personal or Group conversations are specifically designed for pet loss support only and in no way represent therapy of any kind. The only topic discussed will be related to the loss of our beloved pets.
