Pet Tribute Wall

Pine Cone came into my life in the most unexpected way – I was communicating to a cabinet maker about a bathroom vanity to be made. I wrote him an email and said “I know this is a weird request but can you please make sure there is no space at the base of the cabinet because I have a ferret who will try to burrow.” He replied and said “funny you mention, I have a ferret who wandered into my wood shop and my wife and I are caring for her. We need to find her a good home and if you take her I’ll bump you to the top of the list to prioritize making your bathroom vanity. Without question I said yes. I got her a few days later and I met my earth angel. Pine Cone was the heartbeat of my home, my sidekick, my mini me, my soul ferret. She made everyone laugh, she followed you like a dog and was the most playful, kind, sensitive soul I have ever met. We have an unbreakable bond and to see her go so suddenly is some of the worst pain I’ve felt. I pray she’s in heaven with all of the other amazing animals in this universe. I hope she’s at peace and her spirit lasts an eternity. God bless you Pine Cone. You are forever in my heart. I love you so much.
