Darby – you know how loved you were and you showed your love to us every day. We called you “puppy” even though you were very old, you still ran around like a pup. You used your energy to the very fullest. Your last game of fetch was the best ever. It’s been a week since we had to let you go – this time seems more infinite than anything. Thank you for choosing us when we walked through that shelter. Thank you for laying at our feet nightly. Thank you for being the sweetest pup we could have wished for. You are irreplaceable and one of a kind. We will always miss you love.
