🤎 Meadow Scarface Cummings-Skolar 🤎

Meadow crossed over the Rainbow Bridge peacefully surrounded by her loving family and her favorite vet, Dr Gennace. She was a 9-year-old German Shepherd who acted like a human.
Thru the years, Meadow achieved many things such as sit, down, speak and watch me. She was known for understanding over 100 words & could even understand words being spelled like E-A-T, W-A-L-K and C-A-R. Meadow could even open the back door on her own to her glorious oasis, the yard. She enjoyed grilling and taking out the garbage with her dad, watching General Hospital & cooking with Nonnie and going for walks and watering the plants with mom. She was tough, strong & loved protecting her family. In her lifetime, she single-pawdedly chased away numerous enemies such as the Amazon prime drivers, UPS employees and on a daily basis made sure the scary USPS person stayed on the opposite side of the door. Yet, they all loved her. She enjoyed teasing her neighbor by dropping her ball over the fence from the 2nd floor into his yard making him get up to throw it back over the fence.
She enjoyed fine dining & trying to steal such items like steak, chicken, and Nonnie’s Ham (oh her glorious ham, Meadow would say.) and on a special occasion would have doggie ice cream. She especially loved leaving one single pea in her food bowl perplexing her family each night. Some of her hobbies were playing ball, running after the neighborhood cats and chasing after the garden hose water to get soaking wet against everyone’s orders. During her years, she became an expert artist and would leave doggie drool on numerous windows in the house & in the car. Thru her years she had quite a few boyfriends, Gizmo, Buddy and most recently Finn…the tinier the better.
Although Meadow had very few that she was friendly to, deep down she held a special place in her heart for them just for trying.
Meadow is survived by her inner circle: Nonnie, Mommy, Daddy, Moot, Chet, Ba-nange, big brother & babysitter, Ryan, Lauren (who was always on the cusp of being initiated), her doggie BFF & cousin, George Taco Cummings, her big brother Brian, her human BFF & babysitter, Cathy.
