Today we had to say goodbye to our goodest girl, Ambie. She was almost 15 years old. She loved barking at nothing, like she was just saying hello to the world, and she loved playing in the snow. She was the MOST excited for dinner every single night even though it was always dog food. She was the best nap partner and snored like an old man. She was so gentle and sweet with Caroline and let her dress her up like a babydoll. She had the most beautiful spots and her whiskers were black on one side of her nose and white on the other. She learned how to shake paws late in life. We were with her to the end. We will miss her forever.
