We said goodbye to our sweet pup on July 21, 2024. When we celebrated his sixth birthday a couple of weeks ago we knew it would be his last given his cancer diagnosis, but we had no idea the end would come so soon. John Corte and I will miss the long walks, hikes through the mountains, road trips, and winter beach walks with our boy, and I will miss my 4am alarm clock (a big paw clawing at my hair to get up and feed him breakfast! 🤣), and John will miss his little “thunder buddy.” Rocky was a fierce protector, loving companion, workout buddy, and forever a playful pup at heart. Rest easy sweet boy. We hope you are at peace, and wreaking your special kind of havoc on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. You will remain forever in our hearts. 💞 🌈🐶
