You came into my life when I needed you the most. For eight years, you were my constant—through every chapter, every high and low. When I was alone, when I was sad, you were there. You gave me comfort just by being near. I’ll never forget the smell of your soft little neck, the way you kissed my eyelids for treats, or the way you lay beside me in bed, trusting me with your whole heart. You sat by my feet while I worked, tugged at my pant leg when you wanted attention, and always—always—waited by the door for me to come home. You were my shadow. My best friend. My heart. I will carry your love with me for the rest of my life.

I loved you chase. I always will. I hope ur happy and finally at rest. I want you to know u were an amazing guard dog, even if we didn’t always need the protecting. I know you had ur flaws, but I’ll always know in my heart it was never your fault. 🤍🐾
