There has been no greater blessing in our lives than to be loved by you. You showed us the true feeling of unconditional love with your faithful companionship and how you chose us over and over again. You had a look in your eyes that washed us over in pure love. You loved people more than toys, you comforted my clients, you were a best and loyal friend to Sageygirl, LuLu, and Mistymoo. You are the heart and soul of Sofia and Lily’s childhood, Papa’s beloved granddog, it was impossible for others not to be touched by your exhilarate love. You greeted every neighborhood dog with ecstatic invitations to play, always with the heart of a puppy even up to the last month. God has been in you all along. Your faithfulness has humbled me, taught me once again that, that we are truly not alone, each of us walking each other home. Saying good bye to you has been the most heartbreaking path to peace in our lives. Codie you are showing us to be courageous, steadfast, united, benevolent, giving, unconditional and LOUD in our love. Thank you Codieboy, we are thankful for the ache in our hearts, because without it we would never feel how deeply you loved us.
