Kona was rescued at about 1 1/2 years old. I knew once I saw her shelter pic with her tongue sticking out that it was meant to be. Kona loved everyone she met. She was a gentle, sweet girl and was also a registered therapy dog. She enjoyed the attention she got from the patients and loved to lay on their beds and get lots of pets. At home, Kona was the boss dog of my pack. She was definitely a tough girl with a soft side. I started and ended each day snuggling with her. She had the softest coat and the cutest freckles inside her right ear. Kona helped me through some tough times…there will never be another dog like her. She was truly one of a kind and is greatly missed. I love you Kona ♥️
