Our sweet Max aka Kittius Maximus passed away on 03/23/2024. He was 25 pounds of pure love. He was the biggest sweetest boy. He wasn’t only big in size but his presence in the room was just as big. He ran the house like the king he was. My heart is broken and I miss him beyond belief. We had him from birth, the runt along with his sister Ruby. He was 3 months from turning 16. He was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and beat it. It came back in September and we thought he had beat it again but he came back in January. He was one hell of a fighter. Never for one second letting us know he wasn’t feeling well. Eating a like a king and wanting snuggles. He was the best snuggler. He would sleep above my head on my pillow and need my hair with his paws to put himself to sleep at night. I wish we had more time. He was so so so loved by myself, my husband, our daughters, his sister Ruby and even our 3 dogs. Especially his buddy our dog Hutch who he loved to snuggle with. He was such a lover. Loved people, attention and of course snacks and cat nip. He had such a big personality. He was surely one of a kind and is so missed and so loved. Our family will never be the same without him and our house although still filled with animals feels empty without him. Rest Easy my sweet sweet big boy. Mommy loves you so very very much. Until we meet again my boy. You will forever and always be my Kittius Maximus.
