Duke – 01/22/2024 We miss you terribly, our hearts are broken. We were not prepared for you to leave us so quickly but know that you are in a better place now, with no pain. We will love you always!! I miss sharing my apples with you, snuggling in our bed with you, you letting us know that there is someone coming towards the house. Your bark and most of all your goofiness, and how you cried with excitement everytime someone came to visit. You were a beautiful boy inside and out..xoxo

You came to my life just a few weeks ago when you lost your parents. As a 14 year old you had arthritis and other geriatric issues, but you were never a grumpy old man. You had a young mind and the most adorable personality. You followed me everywhere, at my office and home. You stole our hearts. You were loved by everyone you met. You are always in my heart, and I will miss you. I will take care of your brother Eli. Please say hi to all my kids who crossed the rainbow bridge before you. We love you, Martel.
