Chance – 11/27/2023
Today when I got home my cat, Chance, couldn’t walk and was crying. I rushed him to the hospital only to get the worst news. He had a blood clot in his heart, heart disease, and had to be put down. I had Chance since he was the size of my hand. I bottle fed him and raised him with so much love. Anyone who “didn’t like cats” loved chance. He flushed the toilet, cuddled when he knew i was sad, and gave me so much love down to his final seconds. Chancey died in my arms with his closest family around him. He wasn’t just a cat- more like a dog, but “mommy’s baby.” He grew up thinking I was mama cat and he left me as my baby. Chancey loved people and it was impossible not to love him. I am so thankful for the love I had with him, and I will miss him for the rest of my life. There is no other cat on this planet like my Chancey.
