Baby was a beautiful Lilac Crowned Amazon parrot. He was a large and loud part of our lives for 25 years. Now, our house is silent. No one called to me the moment I walked in the door after work to come get him. No one begged for my corn at dinner tonight, there were no head scratches, preening or snuggles in-front of the TV.
Everyone who saw you thought you were beautiful and funny. Your infectious laughter and well timed comments are sorely missed. Rest easy sweet bird. You are such a good boy.
