In Loving Memory of Bajah St. Valentine aka Munchkin
Munchkin, our beloved city girl, graced our lives with an extraordinary blend of charm and service. Born amidst the hustle and bustle of New York City, she was a beacon of grace and intelligence, mastering the art of navigating crosswalks with the precision of a seasoned urbanite. Her keen understanding of the city’s signals was a testament to her remarkable knowledge and unwavering spirit.
As a service animal, Munchkin touched countless lives, embodying the essence of dedication and compassion. Her transition to retirement in New Jersey marked a new chapter filled with joy and discovery. She embraced the ocean’s waves with the same enthusiasm she had for life, finding delight in swimming and basking in the sun.
Munchkin’s boundless energy was matched only by her love for play. She was a formidable tennis ball enthusiast, her speed and agility turning each game into a thrilling display of athleticism. Her ability to catch and play with her ball was nothing short of remarkable, and her zest for life was evident in every joyous sprint.
In her later years, Munchkin’s heart expanded to include the wonders of the petting zoo and farm wildlife. She greeted mini goats and cows with the same warmth she showed to all beings. Her generous spirit shone brightly as she shared her food with chickens and made every visit to the petting zoo an adventure of friendship and kindness.
A car ride for Munchkin was not just a journey but an opportunity to smell flowers and embrace the world with her curious nose and make family of strangers. Her well-mannered demeanor, loving nature, and ability to welcome all creatures and beings into her circle made her a cherished companion and a beloved member of our family and community.
Though her physical presence is no longer with us, the impact she had on our lives and the lives of others remains indelible. Munchkin will forever be remembered for her strength, kindness, and the endless love she so freely gave.
Rest in peace, Munchkin. Your legacy of love and joy will continue to inspire and bring comfort to all who had the privilege of knowing you. You are deeply missed and eternally loved.
