2922 days, 70,080 hours, 252,288,000 seconds, a million different faces, many new places, and the only thing consistent was always you. When we found each other we both knew it was love at first sight. That was 8 years ago. You were already a year old and were supposed to be a birthday present for the kids, but you were a present i didn’t know i needed. You got me through the good and the bad with nothing but love. You knew when i was sad and exactly what i needed, when i was happy you were right there with me wagging that tail and smiling. I never needed a pillow or blanket when you were around. I could always count on you to snuggle up with, especially during these cold winter nights.
